24/7 Life Events LLC provides a life management platform that allows users to track life events, store documents, set reminders, and manage important dates and deadlines. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid tiers as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@247lifeevents.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Free tier: Available at no charge with limitations on features and storage as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days' notice.
Paid subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Annual subscriptions: Paid annually at a discounted rate. You may cancel at any time; however, annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase.
5-Year plan: A one-time payment granting access for five years from the purchase date. This plan is non-refundable after 30 days.
Founding member pricing: Users who subscribe during a designated founding member period lock in their discounted rate for the lifetime of their account, provided their subscription remains active without lapsing.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect.
You retain ownership of all personal data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant 24/7 Life Events LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We will not sell, share, or use Your Content for advertising purposes.
Definition of inactivity: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive calendar months.
Archival process: When an account becomes inactive under this definition, the following process applies:
Data rights upon inactivity: You agree that data associated with accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be used by 24/7 Life Events LLC in anonymized, aggregated, non-personally-identifiable form for the purpose of improving the Service, conducting analytics, and product development. This license is non-exclusive and does not include the right to share, sell, or publicly disclose your personally identifiable information.
Reactivation: You may reactivate your account at any time before permanent deletion by logging in. Reactivation restores full access to your data.
Email delivery: It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address remains valid and that warning emails from us are not blocked by spam filters. We are not liable for data loss resulting from failure to receive warning emails due to an invalid or abandoned email address.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication, and Row Level Security. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for any activities that occur under your account. We recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in your account settings.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law.
The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content created by 24/7 Life Events LLC, is owned by 24/7 Life Events LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without written permission.
The name "24/7 Life Events" and associated logos are trademarks of 24/7 Life Events LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 24/7 LIFE EVENTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Important: The Service is a reminder and organization tool. It does not guarantee that you will not miss deadlines, that documents will be legally valid, or that stored information is accurate. You are responsible for verifying all important dates and documents with the relevant authorities.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing legal@247lifeevents.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
