What is the founding member price?
Early access members get $5/mo for Pro â available while the offer lasts. Pricing may be adjusted over time as the product grows. Your rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active without lapsing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes â there are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@247lifeevents.com with your account email and reason for cancellation. We ask for the reason so we can keep improving the product.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?*
Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the current month â this is standard practice in the SaaS industry (Netflix, Spotify, Adobe, and virtually all subscription services work this way). Annual plans: If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, we issue a full refund. After 30 days, we issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your year â calculated to the day. For example, if you paid $96/year and cancel at month 6, you receive approximately $48 back. 5-Year plans: Refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund â but you retain access for the full 5 years from purchase date. All refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it moves to our standard inactivity policy. You can export everything before canceling.
Is the 5-year plan really one payment?
The 5-year plan is billed as a single payment covering 5 years of Pro access from your start date. At the end of the 5-year period, you'll have the option to renew at the rate available at that time. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at renewal â we will communicate any changes well in advance.
When will payments be active?
